You accept a mutual NDA before uploading anything. You get a copy by email, and we keep a record of who accepted it and when.

Files go to private storage that requires authentication for every read. There are no public links.
Only what we need
We ask you to remove contact names, phone numbers and personal emails before uploading. We only need company, tax and item details.
Deleted in 30 days
An automatic job deletes uploaded files 30 days after upload. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner and confirm in writing.
Never sold, never used for training
Your data is used only to prepare your report or run your orders. It's never sold and never used to train general AI models.
Told within 72 hours
If anyone ever accessed your data without authorisation, we'd tell you within 72 hours of finding out.
