These terms apply to your use of orbaura.ai and our free health check. The Orbaura Order Desk and paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Who we are

orbaura.ai is operated by Orbaura AI, incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

2. Information, not advice

The content on this site, including the e-invoicing guide, FAQ and any health check report, is general operational guidance. It isn't tax, legal or accounting advice. Rules change, so confirm your situation with a qualified adviser before acting on it.

3. The free health check

The health check is free and provided "as is". We aim to deliver reports within 48 hours on UAE business days, but timing isn't guaranteed. Your files are handled under the Mutual NDA you accept before uploading. You confirm that you have the right to share the files you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or probe its security, upload malicious files, scrape it at scale, or submit information that isn't yours to share.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and software belong to Orbaura or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution.

6. Third-party links

We link to official and third-party sources. We're not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Orbaura isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the free health check, and our total liability for the free services is limited to CAD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
