Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup that covers connecting your ERP and training your team, then a monthly fee. If you've done the data fix, it's credited against setup.
What if our volume changes?
Above your plan's volume, extra POs are billed in blocks of 1,000 a month, so a busy season doesn't force a plan change.
Are ASP fees included?
No. You contract and pay your Accredited Service Provider directly. We work with whichever ASP you choose.
Do you charge per PO layout?
No. Every plan reads unlimited layouts: PDFs, spreadsheets, scans, email bodies and WhatsApp photos.
